Duties and Responsibilities:

As Tech Director, you will occupy a senior management position in this high-growth global business.

Responsibility for identifying, implementing, and driving the company’s technology & innovative solutions across the entire Group. A minimum of six years experience in the tech/IT industry with ideally 3+ years in a senior position.

Adaptable with the ability to work and exceed in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment that is synonymous with a start-up environment.

Ability to work at both an operational and strategic level.

Solid experience in building brand new development/engineering teams from birth or infancy.

Experience working for a start-up/ scaled-up entity or fast-growing company during a period of high growth.

Ability to embrace more than one hat, as is typical with a start-up.

Building and leading a high performing technical team to ensure that the team is structured well to deliver against the product roadmap

Balance the need to deliver feature enhancements with the need to scale and optimize our platform to keep pace with demand.

Deep understanding of technology and technology trends, combined with insight into how others are leveraging these technologies to innovate
