Investment Banking Analyst Required in Dubai

We are currently working with an Elite Investment Bank to grow out their M&A, Debt or Restructuring teams.You will have anywhere from 2-3 years specific M&A/Restructuring experience in either sector.

Responsibilities

Being involved in every aspect of a deal, from origination to completion, including drafting IM's, preparing pitch presentations and supporting senior management throughout the M&A process
Building detailed financial models and using various valuation techniques

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2-3 years M&A/Restructuring Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
