Information Technology Support Specialist Required in Dubai

We are seeking for a dynamic and professional IT Support who can join our team immediately.

Salary:

Starting from AED 3000 per month

Main Job Role Includes:

-Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners

-Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

-Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

-Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

-Setting up accounts for new users

-Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

-Testing new technology

-Assisting in Graphic and Video editing

Skills We are Looking For:

-A technical, logical thought process

-An ability to stick to strict deadlines

-An ability to prioritise and delegate

-A keen eye for detail

-Excellent customer service skills

-Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

-Previous working experience in IT support for 3 years

-Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS)

-In depth knowlegde of Windows 10, Polycom, Cisco WebEx, Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Aftereffects, Adobe Premiere Pro
