Information Technology Administrator Required in Dubai
RSS is looking for an IT Administrator to oversee and maintain all aspects of RSS’s computer infrastructure, both on-premises and cloud. This includes maintaining networks, servers, security programs and systems.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain physical and virtual servers, network devices, and related hardware.
Monitor server and network performance, identify potential issues, and implement necessary fixes.
Perform routine backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
Implement security measures, data protection, and compliance policies for M365 services.
Monitor M365 services' performance and troubleshoot issues related to Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other M365 applications.
Help users with M365-related inquiries, providing training and guidance as needed.
Provide first-line support to end-users, responding to IT-related queries and issues.
Assist with setting up and configuring user workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Manage the Endpoint Detection and Response Portal
Manage the Email Security Portal
Assist in implementing security updates and patches to secure the infrastructure and M365 environment.
Maintain a register of all the IT Assets

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or similar
Minimum five years’ experience in end-user support, managing firewalls, Windows servers, and Microsoft 365.
Preferably certified in MD-102 and MS-102.
Strong knowledge of server migrations, upgrades, Active Directory, Group Policy, and authentication services.
Experience with any leading Endpoint Detection and Response tool.
Experience with any leading Email Security Solution.
Strong knowledge of Firewall
Familiarity with IT security principles and best practices.
