Information Security Manager Required in Dubai
Role Overview:

As the Manager - Information Security, your critical responsibility will be to ensure the protection of our organization's data and technology assets. You will spearhead the creation and execution of comprehensive security policies and protocols aimed at defending our information against cyber threats, all while aligning with our strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, enforce, and govern security policies to protect critical data, information, and knowledge assets.
· Develop and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program.
· Prepare, review, improve, and govern the company’s information security policy, information security risk management policy, and supporting policies and procedures.
· Identify and liaise with relevant government and regulatory authorities on matters pertaining to information security and cyber security. Lead and manage audits conducted by these authorities.
· Implement and manage the cyber governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) process.
· Monitor relationships with critical partners to ensure the company does not incur any information security or cyber security risk.
· Govern cyber security operations and implement disaster recovery protocols and business continuity plans with business resilience in mind.

Key Requirements:

· Knowledge of the UAE Information Assurance Regulation.
· A minimum of 10 years of similar experience within the BFSI sector, preferably in the financial services sector.
· A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Cyber Security.
· IT security industry certifications required such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP.
· Specialized training or certifications related to financial operations, data management, or compliance is a plus.
· Knowledge of information security management frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, CobIT, ITIL, and NIST CSF.
