General Description:

We are seeking a results-oriented IT administrator to manage our company's computer infrastructure and supervise our IT department. You will upgrade and install hardware and software, troubleshoot to resolve IT issues, and maintain our networks and servers.

To ensure success as an IT administrator, you should possess extensive experience in IT administration and the ability to optimize the performance of our IT infrastructure. An accomplished IT administrator will be someone whose technical expertise results in enhanced IT system efficiency across company structures.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

-Responsible for server setup and installation, data backup and server housekeeping

-Capability to perform structured cabling, Network hardware Installation and Configuration (e.g., Switches, Router, Firewall, Controller, and Access point)

-In charge of the development, update, optimization and maintenance of company the websites.

-Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and application.

-Providing technical support across the company this may be in person or over the phone.

-Create and Configure emails on computers and mobile. Troubleshoot email related issues.

-Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.

-Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.

-Knowledge in image manipulation, Photography and Video Editing.

-Adept in Digital Marketing and Various Social Media platform.

-To configure and deploy IT equipment and devices and manage inventory tracking.

Education, Qualifications and Skills:

A bachelor’s degree in any “Information Technology” Field is a must.
Five (5) years’ experience.
Strategic Thinking.
Familiarity with the following web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node JS, PHP and database backend like MySQL or MongoDB.
Gook Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
Teamworking and interpersonal skills.
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferably with a Certification as IT Technician (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
