Job Summary:
The Income Auditor is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and reconciling daily revenue transactions to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Audit daily revenue reports, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Ensure that all revenue is accurately recorded and discrepancies are investigated.
• Verify and reconcile cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
• Coordinate with departments (e.g., front office, F&B) to correct posting errors.
• Prepare daily revenue summaries and reports for management.
• Monitor compliance with internal controls and financial procedures.
• Assist in month-end closing and other accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in hospitality).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Opera, Sun, SHIJI, or similar).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of local taxation and audit practices is a plus.
