Import & Export Executive - Dubai

Shirina Food Trading LLC is seeking an experienced Import & Export Executive to manage and streamline the import and export processes for food products and ingredients. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with JAFZA regulations, customs procedures, and logistics operations while maintaining smooth supply chain efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate import/export documentation and ensure shipping compliance.
• Liaise with customs, JAFZA, and municipality authorities.
• Track shipments and manage warehouse operations effectively.
• Resolve logistics challenges to guarantee timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of UAE experience in import/export and customs operations.
• Strong knowledge of JAFZA, FIRS, and municipality procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Oracle or Zoho is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• Previous JAFZA experience is mandatory.
