Roles and Responsibilities:
• HR operations.
• Employees onboarding process, Filing, Documentation.
• Following HR policies, processes, and internal systems
• Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
• Weekly HR reporting to the HR manager
• Preparing job descriptions.
• Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner
• Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements.
• Interview process and support for technical interviews
• Hiring processes with a direct manager and managing all aspects of the recruitment process
• Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy.
• Perform orientations, onboarding, and updating records with new hires.
• Searching for CVs.
• Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
• Ensuring proper approval
• Develop and update organization charts.
• Preparing the contracts to be signed for new employees
Skills and Experience:
• Fluency in English
• Strong communication skills
• HRM knowledge and expertise
• Experience working in Microsoft SharePoint preferred
• Recruitment and selection
• Employee experience expertise
• Solid understanding of labor legislation Law
• HR reporting skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Team management skills
Minimum Qualifications/ HR Requirements:
• HR Certificate preferable
• 5-7 years of experience
• HR background is a must
