We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment and onboarding, performance management, payroll and benefits administration, and the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals and values
Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
Oversee performance management processes and provide feedback to employees
Administer payroll and employee benefits programs
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational initiatives
Act as a resource for employees on HR-related issues and concerns
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in HR management
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
