Our company is currently looking for a Senior Human Resource Manager to be part of our fast-growing team.
Qualifications and Experience
· Must be a college graduate. Preferably a Human Resources Management and Administration related course.
· More than 2 years of experience in the same field preferably in the healthcare industry.
· Knowledgeable in the processing of different legal documents in the UAE
· Computer literate with knowledge in MS-Office applications
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Supervise and manage all the HR transactions and operation and monitor the performance of the subordinates.
· To develop and maintain an effective working relationship in the Human Resources Area with the specific aim of ensuring a responsive approach to recruitment in conjunction with the maintenance of the facility’s database, within a dynamic environment
· Design and introduce new Human Resources development strategies and systems
· Organization Development
· Oversees the development and maintenance of a Human Resources administration, which ensures fair, equitable, courteous and responsive treatment of all current and prospective employees.
· Provide advice on the recruitment and selection of employees
· Approve company vacancy announcement content to be posted in different media
· Provide shortlisted applicants to the CEO for final list of interviewees
· Administer either initial or final job interviews.
· Ensure that all the required documents from the applicant have been gathered and completed.
· Initially approve letters related to employment such as Job offer, No objection Letter, Salary Certificate, Employment certificate, experience certificate, termination letter, etc.
· Approve, monitor and maintain work schedule for each staff.
· Provide trainings and orientations to staff.
· Approve, propose and analyze HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements
· Take part on the evaluation of the staff performance to decide on their promotion, demotion, transfer of department and other employment status movement.
· Discuss warning letters, termination, promotion and other employment action to the concerned employee.
· To assist in the development of reward management and remuneration policies and systems which attract, retain and motivate staffs which are internally equitable as well as externally competitive.
· Coordinate and be aware of employees need and address them as necessary.
· Making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time through proper coordination to the CEO
· Analyze and investigate on the department’s request on employment and give an initial approval when found necessary.
· Follow up with company’s PRO all the required documentation to be processed.
· Perform other tasks related to job as per the instruction of the management.
