As our HR manager in Dubai, you’ll be vital to support the continued expansion of our business worldwide, build awesome teams, and you’ll be rewarded for excellence.

What you will do:

Manage the talent acquisition process, which includes recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants
Focus on administration, compliance, and management performing the day-to-day trainings or dealing with policy wording or the details of benefits packages and hiring
Analyse trends in compensation and benefits; research and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent
Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
Meeting key stakeholders to discuss people challenges
Influencing and building relationships with people around the business
Acting as a local point of people expertise for specialist teams that are implementing new people approaches
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirement:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Fluent English is a must for this position
Good Russian is preferable for this position
Good Spanish is preferable for this position
