They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities

Recruit and Onboard new hires and provide feedback.
Manage Payroll and benefits for employees.
Has in-depth experience in conducting interviews with candidates.
Proven experience in an HR generalist role, in addition to recruitment.
A huge plus is if you have worked in a start-up, creating a company's culture.
Knowledge and experience in conducting performance management and creating harmonious and engaging activities for staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
5+ years experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
Superb English skills
Presentable
