Human Resources Manager Required in Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the HR process focused on all employment letters, freelancers contracts and new hire offer letters across countries and teams.
Management of recruitment process
Manage company business insurance across the group
Take ownership of the performance management processes.
Develop and implement key policies and procedures.
Partner with the legal team regarding the development of all employment documentation.
Communicate HR policies and procedures across the group.
Ensure the company handbooks (UAE, KSA, Egypt) are kept up to date with DMCC contracts
Manage full expense process
Manage HR System
Management of all employment documentation
Ownership of candidate onboarding
Management of office and all processes around office operations
Key point of contact regarding all leave requests to ensure time is properly managed in systems.
Support with the management and communication of all Medical Process and Procedures
Take ownership of talent acquisition and recruitment across the group
Key escalation point for all HR related issues.

Qualifications/Experience

DMCC experience is preferable (Free zone processes and procedures)
Knowledge of UAE Labour Law essential –understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures required.
HR Qualifications
Industry experience in similar agency type environment preferable.

Documentation Responsibility

Legal/Official Letters (NOC requests, Salary/bank certificates)
Salary documents
Salary reviews/ updated contracts (internal and DMCC)
