Human Resources Manager Required in Dubai

Leads Admin team of HR to handle salary, compensation & benefits like insurance, medical benefits, etc
Handle all employees requests related to employment such as NOC, Employment Cert, Salary Cert, copies of contract, resignation, termination, etc
Evaluate and prepare reports for upper management showing the results of recruitment, admin, manpower planning, etc
Do proper employee orientation and onborading for new joiners
Qualifications:

Open to Any nationality
40 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field
At least 5 years of experience in the same role
Must have UAE and KSA experience and knowledgeable on labour laws of both countries
Must have experience handling more than 200 employees
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
