Job Purpose:

HR Manager required to oversee all elements of general hiring, training, discaplinary and employee exit practices and processes.

HR Manager should be the go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that HR Manager duties will involve managing activities such as job design, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 7 years in HR role
Minimum 7 years in Dubai
Fluent Arabic and English speaking
Microsoft Exel (Including word and powerpoint)

Visa and Medical included

Based in Dubai
