A Semi-Government Masterplan Developer in Sharjah is looking for an HR Generalist with conceptual thinking and brilliant recruitment skills.

Main responsibilities:

• Proceed with the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and conducting telephone/personal interviews.

• Full onboarding process.

• Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.

• Perform orientations and update records of new staff.

• Produce and submit reports on general HR activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the HR field.

• Efficient HR administration and employee management skills.

• At least 3 years of real estate experience, ideally at a real estate developer

• Good knowledge of HR functions and best practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Western-educated
