Manages and monitors the day to day operations in the HR department by taking ownership and delivering results in all areas of HR.
Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfilment; evaluating milestone accomplishments
Identifies human capital needs and provide recommendations based on objective analysis from time to time
