Group Human Resources Manager Required in Dubai

Position is based in Abu Dhabi.
If you have prior experience as Group HR & Admin Manager in EPC Contracting Company and meeting the below mentioned criteria, please apply.

- Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Human Resources or Business/Management
- Advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of HR management experience, ideally in EPC Construction Industry (experience in F&B is an added advantage)
- Prior experience in hands-on delivery of a full HR service
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management.
- Must have a proven track record of building/designing/implementing/improving the HR function
- Fluent in English, Fluency in Arabic is an added advantage
