The HR Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all human resources functions within the organization. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, payroll coordination, training and development, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably including experience in an HR management role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and employee relations.
Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.
Experience managing recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
