Role Description The Director role at Panya Global | Relocate Smile is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Director is responsible for leading overall business strategy, overseeing operations across corporate, domestic, and international relocation services, and ensuring high-quality service delivery for organizational and individual clients. Day-to-day activities include managing senior teams, optimizing processes, monitoring financial performance, and driving growth initiatives in coordination with HR, Admin, Facilities, Procurement, and Corporate Mobility stakeholders. The Director will engage with key clients, develop partnerships, and implement policies that maintain service reliability, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and guiding continuous improvement in planning, communication, and execution.Qualifications
Leadership and management skills, including team leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making in a fast-paced service environment.
Operational and project management skills, such as process optimization, end-to-end project oversight, and performance monitoring.
Business and strategic planning skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, market assessment, and growth strategy development.
Client relationship and communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and the ability to collaborate with corporate functions and individual clients.
Experience in relocation, logistics, supply chain, or related service industries, with strong understanding of domestic and international operations.
Ability to design and maintain structured workflows, compliance-focused processes, and transparent reporting systems.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Comfort working on-site in New Delhi and coordinating multi-city and international engagements.
