Human Resources Executive Required in Dubai

We are looking for an HR Executive who can manage independently the company’s recruiting, learning and development, employee performance programs, payroll management, and manage department budgets.

Responsibilities

Design compensation and benefits packages.
Implement performance review procedures.
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.
Maintaining a detailed record of the company’s employees.
Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
5+ years of working experience in UAE as an HR Executive, HR Analyst, or a similar role in the Human Resources department.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.
Outstanding knowledge of UAE Labour laws.
Ability to work in a critical environment.
Exceptional active listening skills.
Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills.
Ability to manage time efficiently.
Immediate availability to join.
