A global luxury retail brand has a need for a strong Human Resources Business Partner, you will support the Middle East business, you will be involved in a wide range of key business processes and HR systems. These include recruiting, selection, and onboarding of both permanent training and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee engagement programs, employee relations and compliance, data processing, reporting and management, communications and change management.
In this position you will partner with the HR Director and the Retail leadership team to identify and develop efficiencies within the current team structure and processes. You will assist with recruiting efforts, ensure employee engagement maintains high, and be the point of contact for employee relations. You will have the opportunity to develop and refine your knowledge across all Human Resource areas and will be influential in the success of the retail business.
***Luxury retail experience is essential***
THE ROLE:
Areas of emphasis include delivery of human resources best practices in the areas of compensation and rewards, performance management, talent management and development, staffing/recruitment, organizational design, employee and labor relations, and business and program analysis.
Work closely with Retail management to develop and implement Human Resources programs and strategies which align to business priorities.
deliver and implement core HR functions and strategies in areas of: management/staff recruitment, selection and placement, compensation management, performance management, classification training, new hire orientation, communication of rewards programs, and benefits enrollments. Conducts internal investigations and prepare employee relations corrective action documents.
Participates in HR planning. Works with retail management to identify short and long term HR business requirements. Provides input to regional HR Business Plans.
Regularly meet with associates and managers to communicate HR programs, and stay abreast with organizational changes, climate, concerns, etc.
Monitors and anticipates staffing requirements. Develops and local recruitment plans supporting regional objectives
