Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
Managing staff wellness initiatives.
Improving relations between staff and employers.
Evaluating staffing needs.
Overseeing recruitment efforts.
Managing and allocating HR funds.
Engaging with heads of department.
Requirements:

3- 6 years in Human Resource role, be a hustler, work willing on employee issues and partner with front line managers.
Be Analytically Strong and a very good understanding of HR
Certification from an internationally recognised body e.g. CIPD/SHRM
Bachelor or master’s in Human Resources Management.
