Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in posting job vacancies on recruitment portals.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
Coordinate pre-employment documentation and background verification.
Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Employee Records & Administration
Maintain and update employee personnel files.
Ensure HR records are accurate and confidential.
Prepare employment certificates, letters, and HR documentation.
Update employee information in the HR Information System (HRIS).
Payroll & Attendance Support
Collect and verify attendance and leave records.
Coordinate payroll inputs with the Finance/Payroll team.
Assist in resolving payroll-related employee queries.
Maintain leave balances and attendance records.
Employee Relations
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary documentation.
Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
Help organize company events and recognition programs.
Training & Development
Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops.
Maintain training records and certifications.
Track mandatory training completion.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist with HR audits and documentation.
