HSE Officer - Dubai

We're hiring HSE Officers!
We are looking for experienced HSE professionals with a solid facilities-management background and strong safety leadership skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying risks, implementing safety systems, and fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement across sites.
Requirements:
• NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 3+ years of HSE experience in the UAE/GCC region.
• Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) or related field.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong knowledge of HSE practices, risk assessments, incident investigation, and site inspections.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence contractors and operations teams.
Preferred:
• Auditor certification or experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
