HR Services Assistant Required in Dubai
Job Purpose
To provide all the necessary administrative support to the HR Shared Services team in Labour and Visa matters so that the required coordination and documentation incidental to these activities are carried out within the process time lines and standards.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure timely processing of all employee requests in efficient, accurate and customer friendly manner.
Manage applicable system updates, where mandated/ required, suitable documentation and record keeping in line with all internal and external audit requirements.
Offer support to the PRO pertaining to MOHRE and Immigration transactions.
Perform administrative tasks related to Amer and Tadbeer services to process concierge service requests.
Visit relevant Government authorities like DHA, MoHRE, EID to resolve any technical issues.
Manage / update amendment in PRO and Establishment card in Labour & Immigration.
Job Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or Human Resources from a recognized university
1 – 2 year’s relevant work experience in HR / Admin.
Business fluency in English (Written & Verbal), Arabic language would be an advantage.
