We’re Hiring: HR Senior Manager – Dubai (Immediate Joining Required)
A multinational organization in the Middle East is seeking an experienced HR Senior Manager to lead HR and Admin operations for a newly established entity in Dubai.
Salary & Benefits:
AED 25,000 + Benefits
Key Requirements:
• Immediate availability – Only candidates currently in UAE will be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of HR experience, including 2–3 years in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR management, UAE labor laws, and employee relations.
• Experience in multinational organizations and setting up HR policies preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent MS Office skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and strategies.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Manage performance evaluations, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
• Align HR strategies with business objectives.
