About the Role:
Jumbo Manpower Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Officer to join our team in Dubai. As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and supporting talent acquisition and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and maintaining employee records.
• Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Drive talent acquisition and recruitment efforts to meet high-volume hiring needs.
• Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support performance management, training, and development initiatives.
• Assist in visa processing, medical insurance coordination, and PRO-related tasks.
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in manpower, staffing, or workforce solutions.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and employee relations.
• Ability to multitask and manage high-volume HR operations effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
