We are seeking a skilled HR & Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR operations, payroll, budgeting, recruitment, and administrative functions within the Oil & Gas or a related industry.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding for open positions.
• Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and timesheet oversight.
• Support budgeting, financial reporting, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and HR principles.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in various back-office administrative duties.
• Identify the best-fit candidates according to the company’s requirements.
✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles in Oil & Gas or similar sectors.
• Hands-on experience in payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and budget management.
• Knowledge of UAE labour law and HR policies.
• Basic accounting skills for budgeting and report preparation.
