About the Role
This role will be responsible for the following HR functions: Recruitment, Talent acquisition, Staff Development, Salary and Compensation, Employee benefits, Employee relations and Employee engagement.
To manage the operational support for recruitment and hiring process, update job descriptions, post job vacancies, review resumes for managers, assist with interview scheduling, draft offer letters, review vacancies and file paperwork collected from managers.
To provide administrative orientation for new employees on benefits enrollment, administration, and operations procedures.
To serve as a liaison with temporary staffing agencies.
Draft recruitment plans and strategies for internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Consult with internal and external stakeholders regarding their recruitment needs and objectives.
Manage the recruitment/onboarding process: HR System and various other systems as needed.
Performance Management and Employee Development
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees.
Assists employees with setting professional development objectives.
Liaison to payroll processor for submission of timesheet and payroll information.
Provides support for documentation required, severance agreements, separation/severance paperwork and coordination with the Finance and Information Technology Department.
Updates various lists, records and reports following separations. Other assigned (to be assigned as needed, this is not a complete list)
Maintains HRIS, as well as all confidential human resources documentation and information.
About the Skills and Qualifications:
A minimum of three years of human resource management experience is required.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and Strong interpersonal skills
Strong computer literacy skills with the MS Office Suite, HRIS systems and CRM systems
Ability to interact effectively as either a leader or as a member of a team and work collaboratively with other departments.
Ability to work without close supervision and to set one's own priorities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines.
