Job Summary
Dubai Holding Entertainment currently has an exciting career opportunity within our Assets in the corporate team. We are looking to hire an HR Manager - C&B, Governance & Policies, who will be responsible to plan, develop and implement new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures to align with the company's goals and competitive practices. This position is also responsible for ensuring that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
Key Accountabilities (Includes, but not limited to the following):
Manage the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.
Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommend changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives.
Provide advice on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations.
Design creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs and incentive plans.
Lead market data analyses projects and provide recommendations for pay levels and salary structures to remain competitive and consistent with corporate pay philosophy.
Participate in salary surveys and monitor salary survey data to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved.
Adhere to and maintain regulatory compliance on various benefits related controls.
Proactively analyse health care cost and utilization/anomalies trends and communicate the findings to functional head
Lead / participate in the design and implementation of employment related policies and procedures by partnering with stakeholders.
Manage job evaluation by reviewing and approving job descriptions, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills as deemed necessary in accordance with the established company practices.
Education, Experience & Skillset
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources or related field
Minimum 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in employee compensation
Knowledge of laws and regulations as they apply to compensation programs and company policies.
