HR Business Partner Required in Dubai

The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to the business and will work closely with the management and the employees to align HR initiatives with business objectives. As an HR Business Partner you are expected to provide consultation and guidance on a wide range of HR-related topics, including recruitment & onboarding, employee relations, talent management, compensation, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
Provide guidance and consultation to managers on HR-related topics, including employee relations, performance management, talent management, and compensation
Facilitate the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching
Manage the talent management process, including workforce planning, succession planning, and career development
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Identify and address HR-related issues and challenges within the business, working with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions
Provide guidance and support for HR-related initiatives, including diversity and inclusion programs, employee engagement initiatives, and change management efforts
Partner with the HR team to develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees
Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to ensure the organization is utilizing best practices in HR

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
