This role will be part of our Merchant Solutions team, responsible for building a global, open merchant payment platform to create opportunities for merchants and acquirers worldwide.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
PagoNxt is looking for a collaborative thought leader to join our Human Resources team. Your responsibilities will be broad: day a day employee advice, change management, D&I execution, organizational design, management coaching, HR program execution, people manager development, culture & engagement, enablement and data-driven advisement and consultation.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Business Leaders and their leadership teams to drive business outcomes and interpret what people enablers are necessary to deliver business results. Further, this role is accountable for leading programs at scale, from need identification to implementation, considering the unique needs of our internal customers.
Interaction with business leaders to understand their needs and concerns to provide HR strategic advice. Guide the managers in their Leadership strategy.
Work closely with the business understanding the new strategy, adding value, and providing advice and solutions in terms of Human Capital.
Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with business on sourcing strategies, participation in interviews for positions.
Coordinate the implementation of Talent initiatives: acting as Talent Advisor in the Merchant business using the Santander tools: Performance Assessment, Talent Review, Succession Plans, Engagement Survey, Diversity Objectives.
Compensation: proactive role in the Merit & Bonus processes.
Culture and Communication: implement the PagoNXT Culture programs across Merchant.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS
Required Skills:
5+ years of HR Generalist experience in roles of progressively increasing scope and in matrixed, high-growth, organizations, minimum of three years in Fin-Tech or Tech organization required.
Wide experience in technology, deep understanding of tech job families and org structure
Experience in a high-profile, strategic HR role with heavy executive-level interface and a high degree of executive influence.
Experience working with squads or flexible structures
Knowledge of OD/Learning, Facilitation, Recruiting, Employee Relations and local labour law is desired.
Fluency in English.

Analytical and critical thinking with a metrics-driven approach to solutions and the ability to leverage analytics and insights to create compelling narratives for change to gain sponsorship.
Good judgement related to management and employee relations issues.
