We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Business Partner to join our XBeauty team in Dubai. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, supporting both operational HR excellence and the strategic growth of the organization.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage performance management processes, employee relations, and full-cycle recruitment.
• Drive strategic HR initiatives, ensuring policy compliance, payroll and benefits administration, and employee development programs.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, employee engagement, diversity initiatives, and long-term growth projects.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape company culture and implement forward-looking HR strategies.
✅ Industry Experience Required:
• Hands-on experience in retail sectors such as beauty, fragrances, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, and haircare.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Preference for candidates who can join immediately or have a short notice period.
✅ Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of HR experience in the UAE, including at least 3 years serving as an HR Business Partner within retail operations.
