Salary: AED 18,000–21,000 Per Month

We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Manager with proven expertise in selling logistics and supply chain software solutions across the GCC region. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and a proactive sales mindset.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of Logistics and Supply Chain Management to drive sales.
• Identify target regions and industry verticals within the GCC with high growth potential.
• Surpass sales targets while cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through research, networking, and outreach.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, close deals, and ensure profitable outcomes.
• Participate in trade shows, industry associations, and networking events to expand presence.
• Report performance updates to senior management and collaborate with marketing teams for content development.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities using CRM tools.
• Keep up-to-date with product developments and continuously enhance sales techniques.
✅ Candidate Requirements:
• 8–10 years of experience in logistics software sales.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong skills in pipeline management and multitasking.
• Experience in team building and willingness to travel frequently across the GCC.
• Highly organized, persuasive, and entrepreneurial in mindset.
