HR and Admin Supervisor Required in Dubai
Falconbridge Resources is looking for an HR and Admin Supervisor to oversee all personnel-related matters and ensure we use our resources beneficially.
Requirements:
Masters' in Business Administration from a reputable university, specialization in HR will be preferred
Minimum 10-14 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and Administration. Prior experience working at a manufacturing site will be preferred

Overall Responsibilities:
To provide leadership to the HR/Admin department for effective day-to-day operations
Plan, develop, and implement a strategy for HR/Admin in line with the long-term business strategy
Ensure the plant site is secure for smooth operations
Participation in the corporate planning cycle. Corporate objectives cascade to the department and individual level
Liaison closely with government officials to meet legal and administrative regularities and maintain friendly relationships
Develop HR policies, SOPs, forms, hierarchies, and process flows
Coordinate with line managers to develop training and workshops for skill enhancement of the workforce
To practice all safety instructions/procedures and to work with the company to foster operation and behavioral safety culture in the organization
Talent acquisition and retention of critical business resources
