Innovations Global, a leading HR solutions and outsourcing provider in the UAE, is looking for a skilled HR & Admin Coordinator to oversee administrative and human resources functions for our DMCC-licensed operations in Dubai. The right candidate will ensure compliance with DMCC and UAE labor laws while supporting smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle HR functions related to DMCC Free Zone compliance, including visas, payroll support, and employee records.
• Manage office administration and oversee day-to-day operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and DMCC Free Zone regulations in all HR and administrative processes.
• Coordinate with government authorities to manage Free Zone and licensing requirements effectively.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in HR and administration within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor law and HR regulations.
• Proven experience with DMCC Free Zone operations is mandatory.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
• Ability to manage visas, payroll, and compliance processes effectively.
