We’re Hiring – Administration Officer 
Are you an organized and proactive professional ready to lead administrative operations and support smooth business functions across the organization? Windmills Group is seeking an Administration Officer to manage office activities, vendor relations, government liaison, and corporate compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Licenses & Renewals: Manage renewals and compliance for DED, RERA, Land Department, and other authorities.
• Vendor & Procurement Management: Oversee vendor contracts, procurement activities, and ensure cost-effective sourcing.
• Fleet & Asset Management: Supervise vehicle management and maintain efficient use of company assets.
• Office Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office activities, including insurance renewals.
• Event & Support Functions: Coordinate company events and provide administrative support across departments.
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in administration, office management, or related fields.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE regulations, compliance procedures, and government authorities.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
