We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth table turnover
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Handle guest concerns and requests professionally
Support the restaurant team in delivering exceptional guest service
.Qualifications

Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or in a customer service role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
