Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, well-presented, and service-oriented Hostess to join our Food & Beverage team. The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a positive dining experience by providing a warm welcome, managing reservations, and maintaining smooth front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner
Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table allocations efficiently
Escort guests to their tables and present menus according to brand standards
Coordinate closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow
Answer guest inquiries regarding menus, promotions, and dining facilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess desk and entrance area
Handle guest feedback or concerns promptly and professionally
Adhere to Hyatt service standards, grooming guidelines, and hygiene regulations

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing role within hospitality or F&B (luxury hotel or restaurant preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, well-groomed, and professional appearance
Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Fluent in English; additional language skills are preferable
