Adecco Middle East is hiring Hostess for one of our reputed client in UAE.

Job Type: 12 months extended contract.

Job Location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite)

Job Summary:
As a Hostess, you will play a pivotal role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for ensuring that each customer receives a positive and memorable experience when visiting our retail locations. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
Assist customers in navigating the store and provide product information
Manage customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department
Maintain a clean and organized entrance area
Coordinate with other staff to ensure a seamless customer experience
Support in organizing and hosting events or product launches
Uphold company standards for customer service and satisfaction
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to handle customer concerns and provide solutions
Basic knowledge of the company's products and services
Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
Due to nature of job role and its responsibilities candidates fluent in Russians are preferred
