Open Positions:
1. House Manager — Lead daily operations, ensure smooth service flow, manage staff schedules and maintain high standards of guest experience.
2. Baristas — Prepare specialty coffee and beverages, maintain station cleanliness, and deliver friendly, consistent service.
3. Hostess — Greet and seat guests, manage reservations and waiting lists, and create excellent first impressions.
4. Servers — Provide attentive table service, take accurate orders, and help maintain a welcoming dining environment.
5. Runners — Support front-of-house by delivering food, clearing tables, and assisting servers during busy shifts.
6. Junior Pastry Chef — Assist the pastry team with prep, baking, and plating of desserts under the guidance of senior chefs.
7. Cooks & Commis — Execute menu items to recipe standards, support kitchen prep, and maintain hygiene and food safety.
8. Cleaners — Maintain cleanliness across outlets and back-of-house areas, ensuring a safe and tidy environment.
9. HR / Admin — Support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and general administrative tasks for the group.
10. Graphic Designer — Create compelling visual assets for campaigns, menus, social channels and in-store branding.

• Role-appropriate experience or training (hospitality, culinary, HR, or design background where applicable).
