Team members work in a professional environment that values reliability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Heavy Truck Driver role based in Abu Dhabi. The Heavy Truck Driver will safely operate heavy vehicles to transport construction materials, equipment, and debris between sites and designated storage or disposal locations. Responsibilities include conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance, and reporting any mechanical issues promptly. The driver will follow assigned routes and schedules, comply with all traffic and safety regulations, and ensure secure loading and unloading of cargo. The role also includes maintaining accurate transport logs, coordinating with site supervisors and logistics staff, and supporting timely project delivery across various construction locations.Qualifications
Valid heavy vehicle driving license (UAE heavy truck license) and a strong record of safe driving.
With Minimum of 3 yrs relevant experience
Proven experience operating heavy trucks in construction or similar environments, with knowledge of local routes and regulations.
Ability to conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance checks.
Understanding of safe loading, securing, and unloading procedures for construction materials and equipment.
Reliable time management, attention to detail, and ability to follow schedules and dispatch instructions.
Basic reading and writing skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Physically able to handle on-site conditions, including working in outdoor environments and assisting with manual tasks as needed.
Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards on and off construction sites.
Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing project needs.
Previous experience in UAE contracting or infrastructure projects is preferred.
