Head of Information Technology Required in Dubai

One of our Business units is seeking an experienced Head of Information Technology to lead the organization's technology vision, digital transformation initiatives, cybersecurity, and digital asset infrastructure of the organization

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring the security, reliability, and scalability of the Company's digital asset custody platform, wallet infrastructure, exchange integrations, and technology governance framework while maintaining compliance with ADGM and FSRA regulatory requirements.
Develop and execute the Company's IT and digital transformation strategy.
Lead the design, security, and operation of digital asset custody platforms, wallet infrastructure, and exchange connectivity solutions.
Ensure compliance with ADGM, FSRA, cybersecurity, data protection, and technology governance requirements.
Oversee cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, networks, and IT operations.
Establish and maintain robust cybersecurity, incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery frameworks.
Manage technology risk, regulatory audits, and technology-related inspections.
Drive innovation in blockchain, digital assets, automation, and emerging technologies.
Lead and develop a high-performing technology and information security team.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 15 years of IT experience, including 8+ years in a senior leadership role.
Strong experience within Digital Assets, Cryptocurrency, FinTech, Banking, Custody Services, or other regulated financial institutions.
Proven expertise in blockchain technology, digital wallets, exchange integrations, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and technology governance.
