JOB SUMMARY:

As part of our expansion plan, we require “Head of HR” to join our team in Dubai. This position is a leadership position and reports directly to the CEO. Ideal candidate should have the blend of strategic thinking and operational effectiveness along with problem solving attitude. This role would be responsible to implement end to end HR strategy and policies across the organization.This role will have decision making powers to set the new standards in managing human resources, should always aim to make the organization a best place to work in UAE.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manpower Budgeting
Recruitment & Onboarding
Orientation, Training & Development
Performance Management System (PMS)
Attendance & Payroll
Compensation & Benefits
Exit
Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and leading the above functions to build & grow a robust HR department
Good knowledge of local laws & relationship with govt entities and regulatory bodies like DHA/ MOH/ HAAD/ LABOUR/ IMMIGRATION
Good knowledge of Joint Commission International survey compliance (SQE Chapter).

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s degree

· MBA in in Human Resources

· At least 2+ years of relevant experience in UAE

· Experience in Home Healthcare organization is preferred.

· Must have healthcare recruitment experience in UAE (Hospital/ Clinic/ HomeHealth).

· Excellent Communication skills

· Should be highly proficient in English (Professional) and Arabic Language will be an added advantage.

· Ability to effectively influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment.

· Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness across all stages of the hiring cycle

· Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, and have strong organizational skills

· Ability to work effectively in a highly team-based environment
