Responsibilities:

Analyze current HR practices, conceptualize, develop and execute HR Talent strategies aligned with business strategies and growth.
Develop and advise HR organization and ensure the alignment of HR functions such as Resourcing, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits and Employee Relations across operation units and as well as retention & development.
Champion programs to build and reinforce company culture.
Build and constantly respond to staff engagement needs and activities.
Develop HR Talent Centre of Excellence and Training Centre for the business.
Execute key talent individual development and build succession plans.
Design and deliver multi track employee training programs (e.g. individual, team, skill based and management training)
Develop mentoring and coaching session for employees
Oversee career options with high potential employees.
Conduct skill gap analyses to determine personnel needs.
Partner the business to build organizational charts and define each position’s responsibilities.
Perform benchmark analysis of compensation and benefits.
Provide insights on the HR landscape through in-depth reports, matrices and reviews.
Manage a team of HR Professionals.
Oversee sourcing and hiring procedures to ensure the company attracts and select high-potential employees.
Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in relevant field.
At least 15 years with good exposure in Talent Management and implementing learning and development programs.
Knowledge of compensation and benefits packages.
Experience with performance management procedures.
Familiar with labour legislation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Possess good Leadership skills.
