Head of Customer Support Required in Dubai
Opportunity for a quality driven Head of Customer Support for our Dubai based team. Within this role you will lead an effective customer experience team, setting KPI’s; ensuring they’re achieved in line with our customer promise.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive customer retention, reduce churn, and increase customer satisfaction
Develop listening points in the customer journey, define segmentation of customer base and varying strategies
Map the customer journey
Conduct surveys to gather information on customer opinion of rendered services
Test new strategies for driving customer value
Define and implement standards/procedures for ensuring the optimal customer experience
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools in coordinating and monitoring customer experience operations
Monitor the activities of the customer service team to ensure compliance with acceptable standards of customer service
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Proven background in customer service/support with at least 3+ years as a manager
Strong analytical skills
Must possess excellent time management and prioritization skills
Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
Experience working with multiple workstreams
Excellent attention to detail and an ability to produce high-quality, accurate work in a fast-paced environment
Works well under pressure and can pivot from projects as needed
