Head Of Business Development Required in Dubai
We are looking for a Head of Sales to structure our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible formulating sales strategy and building out a team of Business Development Executives and Managers across the enterprise and region. The person should be excited by selling into the current markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals, partner restaurant acquisition, and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.
Responsibilities
· Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
· Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the BDE’s & BDM’s, and reporting to the senior management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
· Build process and focus for manual top-down reach-out, onboarding, activation, and expansion
· Develop the services and personally help close largest deals
· Work collaboratively across all the teams, whether internal/external, Restaurant partners and Suppliers
· Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
· Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
· Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
Skills & Qualifications
· Ten (10) years of relevant sales experience including management of the Sales Department and at least Five (5) as Key Account Manager with functions and a track record of exceeding monthly departmental quota
· Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and excellent talent to coach others
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
· Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
· Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven and fast paced work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
· Strong leadership and team building skills
· Knowledgeable in restaurants transactions in a marketplace of suppliers in a fully digitized procurement process and consolidated inventory management, delivery & payment scheduling solutions
· B2B e-commerce business work experience related in food delivery aggregators such as Deliveroo, Talabat/Zomato, Noon Food, UberEats, Careem
· Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Tableau, Looker, Zoho etc..)
· Presentation, Interpersonal, and Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
· Quantitative, Customer service, Negotiation, Problem-solving & Market research Skills
· Valid UAE Driving License, clean record
