The Role:
In this pivotal leadership role, you will be the architect of our financial future. You will move beyond traditional accounting to manage our financial health using predictive AI, ensure robust AML compliance with smart technology, and provide the data-driven insights that fuel our aggressive growth strategy in Dubai's dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies using AI-powered forecasting models to maximize profitability and manage risk.

AI-Enhanced Financial Operations: Oversee all financial operations, implementing automation for invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting to achieve unparalleled efficiency.

AML & Compliance Vigilance: Develop, implement, and enforce AI-driven AML policies and real-time transaction monitoring systems to ensure 100% regulatory compliance.

Data-Driven Decision Support: Utilize AI analytics (e.g., Power BI, Bitrix24 analytics) to generate insightful reports on financial performance, investment ROI, and market trends for the executive team.

Tech Integration: Seamlessly integrate financial tools with our Bitrix24 CRM and other AI platforms for a unified operational view.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

Reduction in financial reporting and closing time by 30% through automation.

100% compliance with UAE financial regulations and AML standards.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

Proven experience as a Head of Finance, preferably in UAE real estate.

CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is mandatory.

Must-Have Expertise: In-depth knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and AML regulations.

Strong experience with financial software and advanced Excel for Power BI integration.

AI & Tech Adoption:

Required: High proficiency in Bitrix24 (for CRM integration), Power BI/Tableau, and AI-powered forecasting tools.

Ideal: Experience with AI-driven risk assessment platforms and automated compliance software.
